The hair-splitting and nonsensical distinction from Congress has made gambling on fantasy football as legal as gambling on stocks, which has spawned an industry that includes some very high-stakes fantasy leagues, some of which undoubtedly include NFL players. But while it’s only a matter of time before word emerges of the involvement of NFL.

Fantasy Football Games For Kids
By: Joe Griffitt
Hopefully week 1 in the National Football League was generous to everyone, but we all know that is usually not the case. Thousands of people are hanging their heads after drafting players who were less than superb in the first showing of the year.
Guess what? We still have a lot of time left to hopefully turn this around and make this years fantasy season one to brag about, and I’m going to help you make that happen. Below are a few players that you should defiantly consider this upcoming week, whether you’re in a league with some friends or you play weekly fantasy money leagues these guys could potentially be diamonds hidden in the rough!
Nick Foles– QB St. Louis Rams
Wait a second? The guy who was basically swapped for Eagles QB Sam Bradford and he just beat the Super bowl runner-up Seahawks? Correct, and he did it without his number one receiver and his two top running backs… Have your attention now? Check this out Foles could have all three of these guys back this Sunday at Washington. Foles torched the top ranked Legion of Boom secondary for almost 300 yards and a touchdown score last week, and he will have his number one deep threat back off an injury in Brian Quick this Sunday. Along with backs Tre Mason and rookie Todd Gurley. Foles will face a decent Redskin defense who held a solid Miami offense to 182 passing yards last week. Along side of Quick I believe Foles will continue to make good use of his big Tight End Jared Cook. With all these weapons in place I forecast Foles to have a very good Sunday. He is currently trending towards the bottom of legitimate quarterbacks on both Fanduel & Draftkings.
Chris Johnson– RB Arizona Cardinals
Down goes Andre Ellington in steps Chris Johnson. Johnson who is just 3 years removed from a 1,000 yard rushing year was signed by the Cardinals just a month ago. This past Sunday against the Saints the veteran showed some rust only gaining 37 yards on 10 carries. I look for this stat line to do a complete 180 and see Johnson putting up good numbers against the Packers this week. The good news for owners is that he will recieve the bulk of the work load for Arizona, and the way Carson Palmer is spreading out the field this should benefit the back and open up some lanes for him to burst through.
Harry Douglas– WR Tennessee Titans
The former Falcon has always been kind of an outside favorite of mine. I will never forget a couple of the huge games he strung together when both Julio Jones and Roddy White were sidelined with injuries. Harry has a new home in Tennessee and an extremely exciting rookie quarterback to boot. I do not see the point in outlining what Marcus Mariota did in week 1, but honestly I expect this to carry on and someone is going to reap the benefits. Mariota only attempted 16 passes in the first game against the Buccaneers, 4 of them being to Kendall Wright, 3 to his TE Delanie Walker and 2 went the way of Harry Douglas. If we see a boost in pass attempts in the weeks to come from the Titans,I am going to bet that a good chunk of them end of in the hands of the reliable pass catcher Douglas. Currently trending as a Dollar Tree item (3,000 dollars) on DraftKings… that cheap for a starter!!
Donte Moncrief– WR Indianoplis Colts
We all know what TY Hilton and Andre Johnson are capable of and the same goes for Andrew Luck. We have a high-powered offense that was suffocated a little bit in the opening game against Buffalo. I took one thing away from this game and that is Donte Moncrief is the X factor for this team. He is young and quick, and will become a huge part of this offense on any day that Luck is having trouble connecting with most likely Andre Johnson. TY will get his share no matter who is in his face. Donte hauled in 6 catches for 46 yards and a touchdown score this past week. He will most likely be sought after in a PPR format, but if he does reach the end zone he will be an asset in any league.

Terrance Williams– WR Dallas Cowboys
Down goes Dez, and you could hear the echoes of pain from everyone who owned him. My friends that were so high on Dez are sick and trying to cope with filling his shoes. I told them not to worry because the Cowboys have a guy who somehow every year winds up on my roster, that being T Will. He’s a vertical threat for Tony Romo to target and the Cowboys will throw the ball… A TON. Last week with Dez in and out of the game, Terrance hauled in 5 catches for 60 yards. Dallas will face off with an Eagles defense who Matt Ryan and the Falcons hit for right under 300 yards… If you watched this game you saw what Julio Jones did, not saying Williams even belongs in the same category as Jones, but you get what I am saying. I look for a HUGE week from T Will.
Bishop Sankey– I will live and die by Sankey this season. My one trade I have executed this season was prior to this past Sunday were I sent Cowboys running back Joseph Randle packing straight up for Sankey. I looked like a genius after Sunday (for now). I’ve already highlighted one Titan in this article and this will be my second. Sankey has nothing to lose. They brought in another second year back in the fumble prone Terrance West, who looked fine in week 1 and actually racked more carries than Sankey. If you watched that game at all you could tell a lot more of a spark was ignited when Sankey was handed the ball compared to West. I am going all in and starting him over CJ Anderson in my big league against a bad Browns defense. Yep! I am rolling the dice with the Titans back until he makes me regret writing this paragraph.
Honorable Mentions for Week 2-
Karlos Williams– RB Buffalo Bills
Tevin Coleman– RB Atlanta Falcons
Stevie Johnson– WR San Diego Chargers
